“Reliably worth-listening” vocalist Chen (EXO, under SM Entertainment) proved his great solo power right after the comeback.

Chen’s mini-album vol.2 “Dear my dear”, released on October 1, has reached No.1 at the iTunes Top Albums chart of 36 regions worldwide including France, Finland, Norway, Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Brazil, India, Bahrain, Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Hungary, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. This achievement has once again affirmed Chen’s global popularity.

In addition, this album has topped Korean album charts such as Hanteo Chart and Synnara Record. The title track “Shall we?” has earned high rankings on digital music charts like No.1 on Vibe (Naver Music), No.2 on Soribada and Bugs, and No.3 on Melon (by 9 am October 2).

Chen’s new album consists of 6 songs including the title track “Shall we?” of the retro pop genre and the b-side tracks “My dear”, “Amaranth”, “Hold you tight”, “You never know”, “Good night”. These are enough for the public to feel the male singer’s more mature musical sensibility.

Chen will take part in radio shows such as “Kim Shin Young’s Noon Song of Hope” (MBC FM4U) on October 2, “Jung Eunji’s Gayo Plaza” (KBS Cool FM) on October 3, and “Choi Hwajung’s Power Time” (SBS Power FM) on October 4.
