BTS busy with year-end plans: concerts, Jingle Ball, collabs

After one month of enjoying a wonderful vacation, BTS has started coming back to enthusiastic working days.

Recently, according to many music representatives, BTS has decided to participate in the largest-scale year-end show entitled “Jingle Ball” held in iHeartRadio – a famous American radio station. If the tour is conducted following the same schedule as in 2018, it’s possible that the group will perform in LA concert in November. Reportedly, the group has adjusted the schedule when receiving the offer of the radio station from last summer by considering to appear on the local broadcast programs. “Jingle Ball” side informed that they would announce the official schedule and lineup in fall. In LA show on November 30, 2018, the top famous singers such as Khalid, Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Calvin Harris, Dua Lipa, etc. stepped onto the stage and had a monumental opening for the “Jingle Ball” tour.

After completing “2019 Lotte Family Concert” on August 11, BTS had their first extended break since their debut. The male idols, who just enjoyed a month of being ordinary 20-year-old boys, will return to their main activities along with busy schedules in the fourth quarter. On September 16, the group departed from Incheon International Airport to conduct their schedule abroad. That J-Hope went to America on his vacation has made the rumors that his trip there was to team up with American singer Becky G go viral on the internet. The representative of a foreign record company said, “By the end of 2019, there will be a lot of large-scale events, so BTS is receiving invitations from both inside and outside the country. It is known that besides the group’s activities, each member will also directly build and maintain close relationships with famous foreign singers as well as discuss with them various collaborations.”

The official scheduled arranged right now is the “LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF” concert at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on October 11 (Saudi Arabia time). BTS is the first foreign group to hold a concert in this stadium. BTS conducted 17 shows in their stadium tour in 9 cities around the world, starting from Los Angeles in May, Chicago, New Jersey (USA), São Paulo (Brazil), London (Britain), Paris (France), Osaka, Shizuoka (Japan) to Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). This tour will be wrapped up on October 26, 27, and 29 at Jamsil Olympic Stadium. Besides, BTS is expected to hold a total of 4 fan meeting sessions in Japan with 2 shows taking place on November 23 and 24 at Chiba Zozo Marine Stadium and 2 shows taking place on December 14 and 15 at Kyocera Dome Osaka.
